STOKE ON TRENT PAGE 1

Just a few words by way of explaining if i am accused of showing Stoke on Trent in a bad light,images of deriliction,one big museum, so on and on.Maybe it is me or my age that you get to thinking how much lots of things have changed and wish you had been interested in photography in the past.The things that could have ben recorded Newcastle railway station and line for an example the list is endless and no doubt someone has done it already.To continue my ramblings i also do not see the near industrial past through rose tinted spectaclesbecause i worked at a couple of brickyards/tileries and it was certainly not the good old days mineral oil/diesel over your legs when it was sprayed between the batts when they were being cut on the extruder and the shapes our wellies ended up after a few weeks was something else. Stoke on trent certainly must have a lot to offer and has given the world Robbie Williams ,Arnold Bennet Reginald Mitchell, not to mention the infamous xmas 2004 calling the festivities winterfest political correctness gone mad
